Dawns on me that it was way back in May 2010 when I demonstrated some of the exercises I’m supposed to be doing from Physical Therapy.  So I shot another video this morning.

Any better? Any worse? I do know I’ve been slacking off during the holidays, but now I’m back on the exercise bike every day and doing my “Big Boy” walking. I don’t do the “balance exercises” any more because I fall.

I think it’s instructive to see how things change over the span of a few months. Hope you do, too!
