It's so weird seeing @hip_kid in the @SDFamily magazine every month. But there he is on page 83. Photo was taken 5 years ago. Amazing. 245 days ago

@sign4baby Are you referring to the Indie Bound organization? I'd start with @indieboundmeg and go from there. 245 days ago

While in Chicago...

Posted Jul 09 2009 4:14pm
Even though I'm heading to Chicago without my child in a few weeks, I'm looking forward to the day when he is old enough to handle all-day trips to museums and explore the many sites that the Windy City has to offer.

For those of you who are bringing kids to BlogHer, or who plan on taking them to Chicago someday, here's a list of just some of the things that you will want to make time for:
  1. Wrigley Field
  2. Shedd Aquarium
  3. Field Museum of Natural History
  4. Adler Planetarium & Museum
  5. Museum of Science & Industry
  6. Art Institute
  7. Navy Pier
  8. Chicago Children's Museum
  9. Lincoln Park Zoo
  10. John Hancock Observatory
Do you live in Chicago? Have you taken your kids there recently? Let us know what your favorite sights are or better yet, where to find family-friendly restaurants throughout the city.
