Video Game Review: Cradle of Persia for Nintendo DS!

This weekend, I mastered the exciting Nintendo DS game, Cradle of Persia! I love match-3 games, and Cradle of Persia is part of my favorite Jewel Master series of games. Every game in this series is based on an ancient civilization. Players match tiles to build their own empires -- in this case, the great Persian Empire! I found this game to have the perfect amount of challenge for me. The levels grow increasingly more difficult as players work their way through 100 levels, unlocking tools to help them progress and building 20 masterpieces from Ancient Persia along the way.
Nintendo DS games like Cradle of Persia are perfect for busy moms because we can squeeze in a level here and there for enjoyment and relaxation while the kids are napping, at a sports practice, or while we’re waiting in the school car line. I’ve found match-3 games to be a great way to pass the time and keep my brain working. My Nintendo DSi slips easily into my purse or bag, and accompanies me when I go out. My husband teases me that I’ve become a “video game addict,” but I think he’s just jealous that I’m better at these games than he is!
If you like match-3 games or want to learn what they’re all about, I suggest you pick up a copy of the new Cradle of Persia or any of the exciting history-based games in the Jewel Master series. They’re fun, challenging, and brain-building! I can’t wait to play even more games in this exciting series.
