The 5 year old’s baby needs to learn to sleep through …

The 5 year old got a Baby Annabell for Christmas.
Yesterday she played with a her a lot; Pushing her around in the pushchair, feeding, talking and singing to her … sometimes swinging her by her legs to entertain her.
This particular doll along with cooing, chuckling and burping also cries … and cries … and cries. Real tears too.
This morning when I went to wake the 5 year old for school, she had Baby Annabell in bed next to her. When she woke, she was grumpy. She told me to be quiet, not to wake or touch the baby.
It appears she’d forgotten to turn the doll off when she went to bed last night. Naughty Annabell had started crying in the night. The 5 year old had to get up, get Annabell out of her cot and feed her. Then when she wouldn’t stop crying she brought her into her bed and cuddled her back to sleep.
