Tea Collection: Clothing for Little Citizens of the World
Posted Feb 02 2011 1:31pm
With two little girls in the house, it’s nearly impossible not to dress them like miniature princesses every day! It all started long before my first daughter was born and by the time she arrived, she had a closet full of clothing that was ten times the size of mine! Over the years, a mother learns what quality clothing looks and feels like and by the time my second daughter was born, I was more into buying less, but buying quality! Here enters one of our favorite “quality” clothing companies: Tea Collection!
What is Tea Collection?
Tea Collection is a designer clothing line that started in 2002 in San Francisco, with three pima cotton sweaters. Now, Tea offers two full assortments, Tea Collection and Daily Tea, available in more than 400 stores including Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Takashimaya, and the best boutiques throughout the US and abroad.
Tea Collection offers Women’s, Boys, Baby and Girl’s Clothing using high quality fabrics that will last wash after wash. You can find a large array of dresses all priced under $30, as well as mix and match daily Tea sets that typically include 6 pieces of clothing for around $100. Big Pea currently has this adorable Feliz Pajoro 6-piece set ($125), offering both winter and spring options…..
If you currently have a wee one, or one on the way, you’ll have a hard time resisting the Baby Clothes offered in sizes newborn to 24 months. Tea Collection also offers an array of gift boxed sets like the bodysuit gift box pictured below ($49), featuring 3 bodysuits inspired by vintage Japanese textiles.
Let’s not forget about the boys! Tea collection offers some amazing Boy’s Clothing and some of the most stylish I have seen to date. I’m lovin’ the Goril Familia 5-piece set ($95) pictured below…
