Without remorse I stole this recipe from the lovely @FrauHopkins . I made it several times with different variations; Once as it should be, once without cinnamon and once without the raisins and each time it was delicious.
It’s fab! You just throw everything together at once and, most importantly, The Husband loves it. He is the barometer of my baking. If he’s willing to eat it, more than once, then it’s a winner.
