My biggest accomplishment tonigh ...

Posted Jan 27 2009 7:41pm

My biggest accomplishment tonight is that I FINALLY got the Ladies of the Roundtable button on the right to work and actually send you to the blog and not just a better picture of the button! Thanks Melinda!

On the adoption front - today we were fingerprinted for the SIXTH time (never have we had to have our fingerprints re-done, each was for something different) and tomorrow we are handing off the reminder of the paperwork! In three to four months everything should be 100% ready for us to bring a baby home! The steps we have to do before June 27, 2008 (1) receive approval for foster to adopt - all the paperwork is done and will be submitted tomorrow (2) get a new I171h with South Korea on it - to do that the homestudy has to be amended and sent back to DCFS and USCIS but it should not take long in either place! All of this will be done in plenty of time if it goes at the right pace! All I need then is a referral! (and the house to be ready)

On other fronts - you guys are the BEST….thank you for caring and offering so much in the line of support! I am not sure if it was just getting everything out or if it was all of your love and support I feel so much better now! There are still things to figure out but really soooooooo much better! So have to run right now….more later!
