Mommy, Do you Need a Time Out?

In general, moms do it all.... except take out a few minutes to relax.  Enjoy this guided meditation for mothers to learn how to sit back and breathe even if just for a few minutes. Those few minutes of relaxation are exactly what you will need to have more energy, be present as a parent to your child, and enjoy every minute of it.
