Okay moms of two kids or more. Time for you to help a sister out. As I close in on the end of this pregnancy, I am starting (yeah, starting, I know, I know) to think about what I need to do and pick up before this girl arrives. Since I delivered Charlotte at 38 weeks and I'll be 36 weeks this Sunday, um...
lalalalalalalalalala....*going to a happy place*
ANYWAY. I have big plans for starting to get her room set up this weekend, and also for buying some newborn essentials like diapers, new bottles and some onesies. I pulled out the bin of 0-3 month clothes yesterday (so tiny!) so I'll get that stuff washed and put away next week.
My big question to those of you with two or more kids is this - what THE HELL did you do about a double stroller? As you know, Charlotte is two and following directions like "stay with mommy" and "come here" is not her strong suit, so a double stroller is absolutely necessary. I've been doing a lot of research and I'm stumped. I am considering the new Phil & Teds Vibe double stroller because you can fold it down with the doubles kit attached. However, the reviews aren't stellar and if I'm going to spend that much money on a stroller it better basically push itself.
And buy me an iced coffee.
The Phil and Teds Sport is a contender as well. You can't fold it with the doubles kit attached, but I've been told that removing it to fold it up isn't the ordeal I think it would be.
I would like to head over to Magic Beans next week sometime to test drive a stroller or two, but I'd love to hear from those of you who speak from experience. I'm open to anything at this point. So let me have it.
