Indecent Exposure

Posted Jan 26 2009 4:36pm
There's a boy that lives up the street from my house who is handicapped. He walks around the block about 40 times at the same time everyday. I often see him when I'm loading kids into the van to pick Maile up from preschool. In my opinion he looks to be about fifteen years old...Pat say late twenties so...you know...give or take.

Anyways, this boy/man walks around the block and kind of grunts. I've never heard a word come out of his mouth. Sometimes he has friends with him and they all walk together and make noises, but none of them really talks.

To show my kids that even though some people look or act different it's important to treat them with kindness and respect just I often wave and give a hearty hello to our neighbor.

NOW when he sees us he grunts really loudly and stares and I say hello and wave in return. Oh happy day. On Friday we were loading up in the driveway, he walked by, grunted loudly, stared, and then promptly pulled out his wanker and peed in my neighbors front yard.

Uh say what!?!

That's right. He took a piss right in my neighbors front yard...for all to see...including my children who I quickly distracted by pointing excitedly at non existent birds.

Ummmm...should I have a huge problem with this? Does he know what he's doing is wrong? Should I tell on him? That's gross. I don't want my kids looking out our window to find a man-child peeing in our yard.

I'm a little uneasy with the nice little friendship we've established...I feel like he's trying to take it to another level.
