Incorporate Green Products into Your Family’s Life with Green Works

We just returned from a three-day vacation to Disney World this afternoon, and one of the first things on our agenda was laundry! Needless to say, we had a ton of it after being out of town for three days. Fortunately, my sample of Green Works Natural Laundry Detergent was waiting at the door. Perfect timing!
We’ve been doing loads all afternoon and evening, and we’re very pleased with the Green Works Natural Laundry Detergent. We tried the “free & clear” version, which is dye- and fragrance-free. My husband dislikes detergents with strong smells, so this was perfect for us. The clothes just smell clean, not perfume-y. If you do prefer something with a bit of scent, however, they also have their original and lavender scents. There’s a stain remover, too, which I’m definitely going to use with two very active twin boys! The Green Works detergents are also formulated for both standard and high-efficiency washers. If you’re concerned about the chemicals that your children are exposed to, I encourage you to check out the line of Green Works products. What makes Green Works products natural? Here’s what Clorox, the makers of Green Works, has to say: “The ingredients must come from renewable resources, be biodegradable and free of petrochemicals. Green Works® cleaners are at least 95% natural. In certain cases we had to use synthetic ingredients, like the preservative and green colorant. But we’re working hard to develop natural alternatives so the entire line can be 100% natural…. Our new detergent is dermatologist tested, safe on colors and made with natural, plant-based cleaning ingredients. And clothes washed in Green Works™ natural laundry detergent won’t leave a harsh chemical residue and are gentle on skin. Yet it still cleans with the power you expect from Clorox.”
In addition to laundry products, there are many other household cleaners in the Green Works line, such as an all-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, dishwashing liquid, and more. The Environmental Protection Agency’s Design for Environment program has recognized Green Works products as being safer for families.

We’ve been very impressed with the cleaning power of the Green Works Natural Laundry Detergent!
