Appetizers on the patio. Baked Fontina and french baguette. Shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce . The French Martini .
The Main Course. Emily tossing her Roasted Butternut Squash salad . I made Zucchini Gratin . And Shawna completely out did herself with Beef Bourguignon !
Dessert (always room!) was made by Allison . I would venture to say she is the premiere baker out of all of us in Supper Club, so we are always excited when it's her turn to bring dessert. She made Couer a la Creme and homemade Palmiers . Both, were over the top. I'm not a dessert fan, and even on my very FULL stomach, this was one of the best desserts I have ever had!
I have said it before , but it's worth saying again, Supper Club is a great reminder of what a beautiful life & girlfriends I am blessed with. I am so thankful for our times together !
