How to Train Your Dragon: Special Friday Morning Screenings for Moms!
Posted Mar 24 2010 2:36pm
[UPDATE: After I posted this news, my boys and I went to see How to Train Your Dragon in 3D at the theater. We loved it!]
My kids and I are so excited for the upcoming movie, How to Train Your Dragon. It looks like an incredible story. Here’s a brief description:
From the studio that brought you Shrek, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda comes How to Train Your Dragon. Set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, and based on the book by Cressida Cowell, the action comedy tells the story of Hiccup, a Viking teenager who doesn’t exactly fit in with his tribe’s longstanding tradition of heroic dragon slayers. Hiccup’s world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges him and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view.
Thanks to TwitterMoms , I just found out that Paramount is holding special morning screenings of How to Train Your Dragon for moms this Friday, March 26th, in theaters across the country! If your kids are in school, and you’d like to check out the show before taking them, this would be a great opportunity. My children don’t have school on Friday (it’s the start of Spring Break), so I’m looking forward to taking them, too!
Check your local movie listings for information about times and locations for these special screenings. And enjoy the video below that shows scenes from this exciting new animated 3D adventure from Dreamworks!
