Oh, I have a question for you (in the answer field?) lol
I've always thought that children will regulate their own eating, if given healthy options, and left alone to eat what their bodies need. Is this true?
And I have a 4 year old who only seems to like carbs. No veggies, no fruit (except fruit leather or applesauce), and I'm starting to wonder if she is averse to some textures. She only seems to like bread, soft macaroni, applesauce, etc. Fresh fruit/ veggies/ or crunchy things are OUT for her. Her teeth are fine, she sees the dentist regularly. Can this be overcome, and how?

Hey Parenting community members, I moderate the Healthy Eating community, but I also write on parenting on my personal blog After the Bubbly, and on HubPages. Whenever I write about kids health or fitness I try to post a link here too. If you have any requests for article topics, please let me know and I'll either find you a link or research the issue and write something!
Thanks!
