Five Ingredient Friday

Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake

If you love chocolate and peanut butter, you'll love this milkshake! It not only tastes great, it's also a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C and calcium.

Makes 2 milkshakes.

1 C chocolate milk or chocolate soy beverage
1 medium ripe banana
1/4 C creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

Sorry Barb at A Chelsea Morning, I know you don't care for chocolate! But you could make this with regular milk and I bet it would still taste good!

Kayla loves this milkshake - she chugs it down in no time! (Ok, I do too!)
