Fit Tip #7 - Vacations

Vacations are for relaxing, but too much sitting around can lower your metabolism. Find a vacation spot that keeps you and your family busy. Don't just sit on your sun-bathing fanny, sipping soda the whole time. Go! Do! Run! Bike! Play! Snorkel! Swim in the ocean. Rent a paddle-boat. Go horse-back riding. Check out the local hiking trails. You can sit around and watch cable t.v. at home. You're paying for a change of pace, a break from the norm. Get your money's worth and take advantage of every physical activity that's available. Stay fit on your vacation by keeping fitness at the center of your activities.
