Ever since I started working, I have been unable to go to fitness centre.
I belive exercise can really help us maintaining our health. After I gave birth to Ian, I didn’t exercise completely. During the first 6 months I’ve been falling sick - had fever almost every 2 weeks. Of course, that was partly due to blocked ducks, as I was lactating very heavily (Ian drank more, body produced more).
This time around, probably because I started exercise right after I got the green light from doctor 6-weeks postnatal, I haven’t had any fever (touch wood!). Well, maybe because Isabel drinks less, my body is lactating less, I don’t get blocked ducks easily compared to the first one.
Now that I stopped exercising, I really hope I can do something to keep myself fit. Maybe walking the stairs instead of taking the lift?
