After a few days of preparing nothing but meat.. it’s time for veggies to shine!
I was kinda nervous he would not like what I prepared for dinner.. he prefers meat most of the time.. to my surprise, he liked it. I guess the fried tilapia made it more appetizing. Almost crunchy.. a bit toasted but not burn. And as you can see, there are some sigarilyas on our veggies.. it came from our garden! first harvest of the year
On our 4th day of this challenge, I’m thinking of preparing one of Chico’s fave dish: Pork Giniling.
