Losing weight is very difficult. A few years ago, I did not have any problem maintaining my weight. I could eat what I want, not exercise, and not gain a pound. Within the past year, I have gained over twenty pounds, exercising doesn’t help and neither does watching my diet. I have been in search for tools or advice that will help me lose the weight I want. Although, I am not a horrible weight, I would like to lose at least five pounds. I had the opportunity to review the book: Conquer the Fat-Loss Code, which is a book that teaches how to maximize weight loss and lose more fat in less time. Summer is around the corner and I want my body to look great when we go to the beach, or when I am just sun bathing. Conquer The Fat-Loss Code is full of easy recipes, meal plans, and information about exercise. I hate exercising, I am a lazy person and I enjoy watching t.v. and working on the internet. Conquer The Fat-Loss Code teaches you how to stay fit forever while exercising less. There is an eight-week planner, where you can follow meal plans, record your process, and monitoring your eating. I have made a vow to myself to start the eight week plan on June 1st. I would start now, but with all the stress in my life, I have to indulge in my favorite chocolates. I recommend this book to anyone who has tried diet plans, exercise plans, and have received no results. First, you need to learn what fat is about, where it comes from, and how you can lose it. You need to learn the basics before you can start your journey on losing the weight you want to lose. This book teaches you the basics and then teaches you how to conquer the code. You need to remember, this is a fat loss program, not a weight loss program. You can get in control of your eating and fight hunger cravings. When I finish my eight week program, I will let you know what results I have seen, or if I failed miserably.
