Next, I removed the cover and continued to cook it for another 6 minutes or so while stirring. I could really see the sauce thickening up and all of the ingredients blending together for a wonderful aroma!
Finally, I just split the contents into two bowls, got out the chopsticks, and we had a fantastic Asian lunch! I’ve also got the Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles in the freezer, and I can’t wait to cook that up for another yummy meal.
P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen noodle entrees all feature marinated meats, thick sauces, and little “noodle nests” that slowly unravel as you cook them in the sauce. And they’re especially perfect for this week when we celebrate National Noodle Day!
