Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston at 1 am--What NYC Hotels Play Role in Celeb Love Affairs!?

NYC HOTELS=THIRD PARTY IN HOLLYWOOD LOVE TRIANGLES

NYC is full of history. No surprise there. But for tourists and New Yorkers who have an interest in the lives of the rich and famous, today’s launch of Oyster Hotel Reviews will be quite beneficial to their curious antics. Dating back to the days of Kennedy and his long line of lady lovers, New York City hotels have been the place for celebrities and politicians to cover up their less than faithful wandering ways. Fast forward to the days of Eliot Spitzer and even John Edwards, and not much has changed, including the hotels that seem to have a knack for covering for their unfaithful star studded list of suitors.

For those flocking to NYC or even those who call the Big Apple home, staying at one of these hotels can provide a quick glimpse into the private lives of NYC’s bold and beautiful...but don’t think about bringing a camera when staying at these places—they are affair landing pads for a reason.

Through the launch of its New York City hotel review section today, Oyster Hotel Reviews ( www.Oyster.com ) now offers more than 100 reviews and over 30,000 original photos of New York City hotels. The unbiased and independent hotel review site launched their New York section to help your readers choose the best hotel for their specific needs. And for those interested in spotting a celebrity or forbidden affair (or perhaps even engaging in their own tryst—not that we are encouraging it), Oyster Hotel Reviews has outlined some of the historic hotels in NYC that cater to those with a bit more of a hidden agenda.

·The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel:

For celebrity lovers trying to keep from getting slaughtered in the tabloids, the Carlyle has been their best bet. Its expert discretion -- photos aren't even allowed in the restaurants when there are people present -- has earned the historic hotel its status as a vault to some of the city's biggest secrets. Even John F.Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe reportedly trusted their affair to the Carlyle.

·Loews Regency:

This family-friendly luxury hotel on the Upper East Side hardly seems like a place for sleazy encounters, but that didn't stop Rielle Hunter from propositioning John Edwards after spotting him at the Regency Hotel bar. Elizabeth Edwards wrote in her book, Resilience, that Rielle "wait[ed] for him outside the hotel hours later when he returned from a dinner, wait[ed] with the come-on line, 'You are so hot.'"

·Four Seasons New York:

Apparently steroids aren't Yankee superstar Alex Rodriguez's only vice: He has reportedly entertained a number of high-class prostitutes at this swanky establishment -- ladies supplied to him by none other than former New York governor Eliot Spitzer's madame of choice, Kristin Davis.

·Gramercy Park Hotel:

There’s no hotter spot for celebrity and booze mixers than the Gramercy Park Hotel. Lance Armstrong and Ashley Olson were seen canoodling at this hotel's Rose Bar; Lindsay Lohan spent the night at the hotel with her now ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson; and, most salaciously, Jennifer Aniston and ex-husband Brad Pitt were rumored to have met here for an intimate 1 a.m. rendezvous on the 18th-floor Roof Club. (A spokesperson for the hotel denied it -- but then again, staff at the hotel are forced to sign confidentiality agreements.)

·Soho Grand Hotel:

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz and singer Ashlee Simpson may be married now, but a drunken outburst by Ashlee revealed that the pairing didn't start quite so innocently. Simpson reportedly screamed at Pete's confused ex Michelle Trachtenberg, "I hope you know, the whole time you were dating Pete, I was f’ing him!" And where did this illicit bleeping begin? At none other than the Soho Grand Hotel, hubby Pete told US Weekly. "It was at the Soho Grand Hotel [in New York City], and I'm looking in the mirrors, [thinking], 'Oh my God, you are [sleeping with] the girl of your dreams, and you can watch yourself!'" he said. Hotel taste must run in the family: Ashlee's big sis, Jessica, spent some quality time at the Soho Grand with John Mayer in August 2006.
