The book is a compilation of different scenarios that at some time a woman can find herself in, (or has been there already). It is written in a unique way, a sort of reference guide to de-stress yourself at any given situation. The author even breaks down each condition and then lets us know what to do if we find ourselves in a certain circumstance, and also how to prevent stress when we get there. She also has some tips on how to avoid these scenes all together. Ruth Klein has 10 chapters that cover subjects like: Life changes: ready or not, then breaks the chapters up in to different points like :starting a new job stress free, to household chores and charm, they were easy reads and so much information I was impressed in the areas she thought to cover! She has a very good chapter on starting a new exercise regimen, and keeps you focused on where not to take it so you burn out and eventually end up quitting. She put in some great recipes and also easy to follow work outs that anyone at any age or condition can follow. She covers herbs, and aromatherapy and meditation. My favorite chapter was chapter 7 Pain: when it really hurts. She covers “that time of month”, preventing back pain, headaches and every day aches and pains. There is really not a subject she missed, it’s all here! I will be keeping this one for my book shelf, and I am also picking up a few for my sisters and friends!! It is a must read for all woman!
