Book Review: Mending the Broken Bond by Dr. Frank Lawlis

Well, Dr. Frank Lawlis has done it yet again. He has written a program that any parent can follow, and apply to their lives and I think see results. As long as the program is followed as it is written, he has proven to us he knows what he is talking (and writing) about! Some of the steps, and it is broken down into sections of steps that can last anywhere from 5 to 10 days, have a spiritual content, and its great as he uses your beliefs, not his, so it won’t matter what your belief is, you can use it.
He uses his game playing as a stress reliever, and also his use of forgiveness. He also has a section on over medication, or use of drugs in children/teens, and shows how to use certain foods as detoxing them and getting them healthy again. This is the second book from Dr. Lawlis I have read, and I am going to check out his others, as He has a wide variety of subjects he covers, and honestly, I am very interested in what he has to say and offer. Every parent should have this book on their bookshelf.
