Bloggers: Enter the Flippin’ Good Deeds Challenge from Flipflop Wines and Soles4Souls for a Chance to Win an International

I’ve been overseas to Japan and Europe where I loved experiencing the rich culture and diversity. However, I’ve always wanted to go on an international trip that could really make a difference in the lives of people who don’t have the same opportunities that we do. I recently found out about a wonderful program that gives bloggers an opportunity to take that kind of trip! It’s called the “flippin’ good deeds Challenge,” a program for bloggers to encourage their communities to clean out their closets and donate gently worn footwear. When bloggers collect as many shoes as they can and blog about their “flippin’ good deeds” and experiences from September 6 to November 15, 2011, they have the chance to win a trip for two on an international distribution trip!
This opportunity is the result of a collaboration between flipflip wines and Soles4Souls. Why collect shoes? Footwear is something that many of us take for granted, but it is a first step in helping people in impoverished areas live healthy, productive lives. Footwear can help eliminate the spread of diseases through the foot, as well as help children obtain an education -- as many schools have footwear requirements to attend.
So, how can you get involved and enter the contest? Getting started is simple! Click the button below to visit the site, check out the video and follow the three steps to get started!

Winner Selection: The top 5 bloggers who collect the most shoes will be entered into the Final Round. A panel of judges will review the blog entries of the finalists, and the finalist with the best blog post about their “flippin’ good deeds” will win a trip for two (2) with Soles4Souls on an international mission trip of their choice (excluding Africa and India), where they will experience firsthand what it is like to provide a pair of shoes to someone in need. What a fantastic opportunity!
