From the photo itself, can tell the difference right? Below is the one from the pre-mix:
The vegan version (top) is more moist and chewy. The pre-mix type (bottom) is more fluffy and drier. Depends on individual, some may prefer the fluffy type and some may prefer the chewy type.
I personally prefer the top one, but DH prefer the bottom one.
