Husband: NY Crash Driver Wasn't Drunk Ok, I have been following this since I saw it on my local news, when a New York mother got on the highway the wrong way, drove for 10 minutes, the WRONG way, and then went head on into another vehicle killing herself and 7 others, and leaving her 5 year old child in critical condition. Well not her husband, who is the one who is going to end up with the bruit of the lawsuits that will be filed eventually is coming out and saying his wife was not drunk, dispute what investigators have already released. It has been proven that this woman was not only drunk (above the legal limit) they are also saying she was high on marijuana. For someone who had never been drunk in her life, or intoxicated, she sure had a lot of stuff in her system. (Eye roll)
This woman was irresponsible, and she killed not only her own kids, her sisters children, and innocent bi-standards. This man, her husband needs to get off the publicity train and stop trying to convince America that she was some kind of saint because obviously there was an issue for her to consume that much alcohol and smoke an illegal substance before getting behind the wheel of a car, and driving for 2+ miles with cars coming directly at her.
Seriously, any person who was in their right mind would KNOW they were driving the wrong way on the highway before they hit the 2 mile mark and hit another car head on.
He can make all the excuse for her, but in reality, all it sounds like is he is in denial that his wife had a problem, and now he doesn't want to deal with the responsibility of the mass death she caused.
