If you are ready to save money each month on your grocery bill and would like more time with your family plus want to spend less time grocery shopping, planning and cooking, then do I have something you will LOVE ~
Seeing as how money is a topic most of us are concerned about these days, I know we all want to find ways to economize and save money. Did you know that According to a report put out by the U.S. Census Bureau, a family of 2 spends anywhere from $72.40-$141.40 on food each week? A family of 4 spends from $104.50-198.90 each week? Of course, at the same time, I know we want to be more health conscious and make healthy choices for not only ourselves but our families as well. So when I was asked to review A Month of Meals eBook, I was really excited to give it a try.
Jaime helps you discover how to save hundreds of dollars on your grocery bills, make healthy choices, reduce dinnertime stress, and share nightly meals with family. Sound too good to be true?
Well it is not. A Month of Meals eBook offers all sorts of easy and quick recipes for meals that families are likely to eat, plus it includes complete shopping lists and helpful tips to make dinnertime easy. Now if this is not something right up my alley, I do not know what is!
The meals are really good and kid-friendly, things even picky children will be likely to eat. Let me give you a few examples -
Meat & Potato Quiche
Jamie has put the meals have been put into weekly plans (5 meals each) based on ingredients. There are 26 meals ioncluded. The weekly plans put meals with similar ingredients together so that ingredients are not wasted because of not being needed and therefore unused.
She uses lots of seasonings and spices to make each dish tasty and flavorful. The way she has it all laid out makes it easy for anyone to follow and takes so much of the hard work out of meal planning that I heartily recommend this ebook to anyone!
