Dear Kayla,

A magical birthday indeed! We've been in Florida since Sat, and since Sun all you've talked about is going to Disney World and seeing Mickey Mouse!

On Sun we were driving back from Pepere's, it was 10:00 at night and we were stuck in a line at the toll booth. You were tired and cranky and whiny and said "Go Mommy! Go!" (and I wasn't even driving! I told you "Kayla I can't go anywhere, see all the cars in front of us?" and you said again to "Go!" so I said "Where do you even want to go?" and you said "Disney World!" an not in a happy way either, but in that exasperated way like you were fed up.

So today is finally you're birthday and we're finally headed to Disney World!

I know it'll be magical and fun, but bittersweet. Your daddy and I both wish he could be there to celebrate and take part in this fun day. I even considered NOT going this year, so Daddy wouldn't miss out on your first experience at Disney, but he gave me permission to go :) And besides...it's free on your birthday this year!

So I hope today is full of wonderful, lasting memories from the awe, excitement, wonder, and joy of being someplace magical...some place where wishes and dreams come true!
