Yesterday I had my 15th physiotherapy session, for now it’s over. The problem is not resolved, my back is too damaged already to be corrected so I just have to prevent bad posture and do some exercises to go through the pain. I know it sounds like it’s an hopeless case but this is it. Maybe some swimming and more physiotherapy sessions in a few weeks but…only if I stop working at a desk for so many hours my pain will decrease and eventually go away.
