Ben seems to think that the sourdough pizza we made tonight, inspired by my grandfather’s famous recipe, is the best pizza ever. Of course, everyone agrees, but I suppose Ben thinks it’s particularly good partly because he and Josh helped me make it.
First, we toasted both sides of sourdough bread slices, covered in olive oil.
All slices were covered with sauce and topped with fresh pressed garlic.
Josh covered his pizza round with lots of cheese and pepperoni.
Mine and Ray’s are more elaborately topped with additional ingredients -
We happen to love mushrooms, olives and jalapeños.
Ben only wanted one piece of pepperoni on his. LOL
I would have to agree that this is some of the best pizza ever!
