This is what a five week post 2VBAC belly looks like.
I obviously have a lot of work to do and won't be able to jump back into working out like I want to until after my postpartum follow-up with my midwife this week. I'm anxious to get back to running and hopefully, will be cleared to resume business as usual in a few days :)
The bleeding is totally gone and has turned super light spotting. I'm at 127 lbs, down 21 lbs and only 9 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm fitting into most of my pre-pregnancy clothes and am excited to fit into everything once these last few lbs are gone.
Overall, I'm pleased with how my body is bouncing back this time around, but I won't be fully satisfied until I lose this last bit of weight and can work out every day again.
