I have been committed to helping people reach their fitness goals for more than 8 years. I graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I received my certification by (National Strength and Conditioning Association) in 2003 as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS.)
