Raw Organic Food

Posted by Swati S.

Organic food is a clear winner when compared to conventional food, because it is natural and free from pesticides and artificial preservatives. Experts say that over cooking destroys enzymes and other substances that add nutritional value of the food. You can avoid this by having your organic food in the natural, uncooked state -- as much as possible. You will already have a good thing, so why not try to get the best out of it. Here are some benefits of eating organic food - raw. 1. It will be completely natural and will be sweeter and juicier. Overall, it will taste better. 2. Organic food in its natural taste will be more energetic. 3. It will also be easier to digest and will help against constipation. 4. Will help in weight loss. 5. Will help to cleanse the bloodstream. 6. Finally, it is also good for detoxifying the body as it helps to eliminate waste products that form toxins in the body.

I have always preferred raw vegetables to cooked ones, so it's just an added bonus that it is actually healthier to eat. For some added flavor, I dip veggies into low fat ranch. What I didn't know is (# 3, 5, and 6) that they are easier to digest, clean the bloodstream, and helps detoxify the body. Thanks for the great advice!
rganic foods are made according to certain production standards, meaning they are grown without the use of conventional pesticides and artificial fertilizers, free from contamination by human or industrial waste, and processed without ionizing radiation or food additives. [1] If livestock are involved, they must be reared without the routine use of antibiotics and without the use of growth hormones, and generally fed a healthy diet. In most countries, organic produce may not be genetically modified.
