Organic musts and not so musts

Everyone talks about eating organic, but do you really need to buy an organic lemon?
In an ideal world, we'd eat all organic all the time. But that isn't always feasible. So, when you're in the market and faced with trying to figure out the organic musts, it's helpful to know that these foods tend to have higher pesticide levels than others. So try to buy organic: Apples, Bell peppers, Celery, Cherries, Grapes, Nectarines, Peaches, Pear, Potatoes, Red raspberries, Spinach and Strawberries.
The following foods tend to have lower levels, so you won't have to freak about if they're organic or not: Asparagus, Avocados, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Corn (sweet), Kiwi, Mangos, Onions, Papaya, Pineapples
and Sweet Peas.
As for that lemon, if you're going to use the rind, I'd say go for organic.
