As a mom, it is important for me to eat healthy so my children will. I just began eating organic foods and it was a big transition but an important one. I started by searching online for books just like these and found one called "Healthy Baby Happy Home" (healthybabyhappyhome.com). It has really helped me see how importnant it is to feed my children natural products. The guide contains tons of suggestions for organic products including food, bottles, washes, toys, etc. The author is also very budget conscious because as we all know, organics tend to be more expensive, so he gives recommendations for good products at good prices. I was very satisfied with his information and use this book as my shopping guide!

The idea of eating organic never came to mind until I realized that it’s better to eat foods without chemicals and additives. I think about it this way - people ate food like this for a long time a long time ago. I like the idea of eating foods that are free of these things but it definitely doesn’t come cheap, which is strange considering that I’d think that chemicals and additives would cost more to use when creating foods. But anyway, I’m trying to learn, and I’m far from eating organic so I was looking at some books on Amazon and trying to learn how to buy more organic foods on a budget.
Some books that look like a great start:

To Buy or Not to Buy Organic: What You Need to Know to Choose the Healthiest, Safest, Most Earth-Friendly Food
