I have been journeying with MS less than a year. So much to learn about this new traveling companion, how the disease works, how it effects me, and the way my daily plans are executed, The contents of my traveling bag has changed drastically in the last year from attitudes to attire, the shoes I wear and the clothing I decide to put on each day, along with my daily allotment of spoons, everyday I must pre-plan while still focusing on the journey itself.
