Yogurt Diet and Amazing Result in 10 Days

If you want to get rid of extra pounds in a short period, then a yoghurt diet will come to your aid. The main component of this dietyoghurt - has carbohydrates, fats and proteins, that’s why you will not feel the deficiency of the named microelements during the diet. Besides yogurt, you may include many other delicious and nourishing meals into the diet as well. It is recommended to be on a yogurt diet during ten days, and after the diet you can lose up to six pounds.

If you observe a yoghurt diet, every day you should consume 500 grams of natural yogurt, the named amount of yoghurt should be divided into four meals. Dinner should be no later than four hours before bedtime.

The First Option for a Yogurt Diet Menu

Breakfast: Drink half a cup of warm tea with yoghurt jelly with berries (such as raspberry), and half a glass of pomegranate juice.

Lunch: Eat a plate of yogurt soup (yogurt with cucumbers, chopped herbs and olive oil) with 100 grams of boiled meat, yogurt and half a glass of juice.

Snack: Eat tomatoes, dressed with yogurt, with mineral water.

Dinner: Drink warm tea with boiled asparagus, dressed with yogurt, and a glass of juice.

The Second Option for a Yogurt Diet Menu

Breakfast: Eat 150 grams of yogurt with 100 grams of fruit, 30 grams of dried fruit and 100 ml of juice.

Lunch: Eat yogurt with 100 grams of boiled meat, salad (tomato and cucumber), and 100 ml of juice.

Snack: Eat yogurt, dressed with vegetables.

Dinner: Eat stewed vegetables with yogurt and juice.
