Week one

Slimfast shakes x 2

Snacks of low fat yogurt,almonds and/or fruit x 2

Light dinner of vegetables or salad with either fish/chicken or tofu

Workout 45mins to 1 hour a day

So far loss 3.5kg

Very happy!

Once I get to a lower weight where it is easier to work out I will increase meal plan and exercise. So far have to eat on the very light side as I am not burning that many calories. Managing cardo daily! this is awesome for me
