Of course I am not a dotor, but I have also heard of should pain due to gallstone/gallbladder issues. I, myself, had the RNY procedure and down the road my gallbladder stopped functioning properly. Ironically enough, the doctor said it most likely wasn't due to the surgery, but that it probably started having problems long before (probably during my pregnancy) and that the RNY just accelerated it. I would check with your doctor if the pain persists. Good luck!

had lap band procedure done and now i'm having gas or pain in my shoulder, was told that it may be due to nerve in the pancreas that goes through the shoulder is that true and how long does it last
