Hi Cynthia,

When it comes to weight loss, nutrition is more important that exercise.

Simply put, it is a lot easier to eat 500 calories than it is to burn off 500 calories with exercise.

Cutting out the soda was a great first step. It is surprising that that decision didn't result in weight loss. That has to be frustrating for you.
