I have tried just about every diet known to man kind, except I do not eat fish/shell fish and only basic vegatables. 3 years ago I started jogging, every other day, adding weights on the other days-no weight loss. I went to Beach Body-P90X did this for 4 weeks, daily, and even kept up!!! to a one pound weight loss. I cant seem to loose the weight I need to lose. HELP
