1 quart water
3 cups greeeeeen juice: celery, cucumber, zucchini, romaine, parsley, ginger, sprouts
bowl of energy soup with flax crackers, followed by a little yumpot of almond butter mixed with maca, lucuma powder, cinnamon and water
2 cups water
2 cups goji juice shaken up with marine phytoplankton, Merlin's Elixir, Etherium products
tub of pineapple chunks
an apple with spirulina crunchies and bee pollen
3 cups water

bowl of energy soup with a little mixture on the side of hemp seed/flax oil/black crystal salt, followed by a yumpot of: lucuma powder, dark mesquite powder, pine nut butter, orange essence, cinnamon and water – WOW ;)

3 cups goji juice blended with Marine Phytoplankton, Merlin's Elixir, Etherium Gold
