Color Me... Thin?

Blue is the hue if you want to cut down on consumption, according to Kenneth R. and Cherie Fehrman, color consultants and authors of Color: The Secret Influence.

In nature, bright blue substances tend to be poisonous (blueberries are more of a dark purple) so we instinctively avoid blue foods. The authors also suggest serving meals on a blue plate and using a blue light in your fridge to curb your appetite.
