which opiate can produce toxic metabolites? the choices are codeine,fentanyl,meperidine,oxycodone

I can't find a definitive answer in nursing texts

Meperidine (also known as Pethidine and its prescription name Demerol) is the only opioid of my knowledge to cause a toxic effect due to its anticholinergic effects of its metabolite Norpethidine.
