To keep with today’s theme of non-medically related stuff . . .
I just had a conversation with Patrick, during a post-night-shift, caffeine withdrawal haze, regarding my potential United States Presidential Bid, for either 2012 or 2016. (did I get those dates correct?) I want to run on mostly Internet based campaign, using the power of the viral nature of the beast. This is to keep from spending a gazillion dollars inappropriately, and prove the power of the web and therefore the power of the individual. Who says Web 2.0 is bad.
That, and I am sick of politicians.
Looks like Sean Trevis beat me to the idea. This fed up geek is running for state rep for his district in Kansas. I actually think I may just send him a contribution for shear genius.
We think alike don’t you know.
Oh, and I am digging his political views as well.

As for my own running for office? I understand my bid for president will be challenging. Seems the fact that I have boobs shouldn’t be an issue by then, but my *gasp* atheism may be difficult to overcome. Funny how most atheists are better at tolerance than those who claim religion.
