Anyway, it's shorthand for the way I feel after this morning's run - something fabulous to be up at the crack of dawn (well, before, actually) and out there with the last stragglers of the night creatures. Feet on asphalt, pounding out a rhythm, heart pumping and lungs getting a workout too - and that familiar euphoria I love so much. Feeling whole, so alive, and it's been a while.
Anyhoo. On the docket today: barbecue at C-Dub's, I'm in charge of margaritas & whatever else we plan to take along...soaking up the Colorado sun by the pool...
