YOU CAN DO IT,IF YOUR LIKE ME I ENJOY A SMOKE WITH MY COFFEE AND ETC.I HAVE FOUND THAT IF FIRST THING IN THE MORNINGS I TAKE A WALK THAT IT MAKES ME FORGET ABOUT WANTING A CIG.EARLY IN THE MORNING ITS SO PRETTY AND PEACEFUL.AND AT LEAST IT KEEPS ME FROM SMOKING FIRST THING AFTER I GET UP.GOOD LUCK
