Lose 20lbs, go out & run & walk more.
Target: Hike 90 minutes 1 times per week
Learn something new.
Target: Martial arts training 60 minutes 2 times per week
Lose that last 20lbs & keep it off.
Target: Exercise 45 minutes 3 times per week
Work hard on losing the weight no matter what!!!!!!!
Target: Exercise 45 minutes 3 times per week
Get it off your body & keep it off 4-ever.
Eat as little sugar in your diet as you can.
Make sure to get that 25 to 30grams every day.
Eat less & less. Make that dish small.
Recover from surgies & get the rest of the ones I need.
Target: Strength training 30 minutes 3 times per week
