Weight has always been an issue, and once I reached 200lbs, I knew I had to put the excuses aside and come up with a solution. But what was the solution? I did the fad diets, the diet pills, the gym workouts, you name it…I did it. Yet, my weight kept yo-yoing up and up. Until one day, I read an article in Self Magazine that real simply stated: you need to consume fewer calories than you expend. Nonetheless, how was I going to “expend” the calories?
