At had extreme weight loss a little over a year ago and I had been depressed for a while after that (lots of working and all). I got my blood checked and found I was slightly anemic so for a yr. up until thus last may I tried eating more and got my blood checked again-- Found out I was no longer anemic, but was not successful in gaining my weight at all. At the time I was having diarrhea almost all teh time! I thought maybe it was nerves or anxiety, but I was having it even when I wasn't stressed! So my friend said it could be a food allergiy, and so far I've been off wheat, and rarely have the diarrhea anymore. However gaining weight was a big struggle for me, so I saw a nutritionist and she put on on a more-calorie-eating diet, and I've benefited from that, but still have symptoms that remind me of before, just not as often- Symotms such as fatigue, stomach bloating, gas, depression, constipation, nervouseness, and diarrhea. Now I know worms may not be the case, but it is very hard to tell because I know they can live in you for a very long time until sympotms get very bad. Is there maybe an over the counter medicine I can take to flush out any that might be in me? Or do you reccomend I go back to the nutritionist and ask her?
